Get ready for a night of glamour, frights, and Halloween magic at Hex Appeal: A Wicked Drag Revue! Join us at The Root Note for an evening featuring some of the region’s most captivating drag performers, spooky surprises, and community fun.

Doors and bar open at 6:00 PM and the show beginning at 7:00 PM.

The evening will feature performances from local favorites, including the stunning Bullinda Chinashoppe and your hilarious host, Kathy Kalamity, serving up comedy throughout the night (not a drag performance, but plenty of laughs). We're also excited to welcome Ozy the Bard, 1st runner-up of La Crosse Pride, for a special tip spot performance.

Rounding out the cast are a bewitching lineup of talented entertainers: Sage Umbra, Odessa Brat, and Jezebel Diamond St. Klare, bringing plenty of spooky, sexy, and spellbinding energy to the stage.

Come dressed to impress because we'll be holding a Halloween costume contest with prizes for the best looks of the night. Plus, take your chances on our Halloween raffle baskets, with proceeds benefiting The Center.

Chances R and The Center are hosting an open mic night to share your most memorable moments at gay bars. Join us on November 4th, 6pm-8pm at Chances R.

Sign-ups will be available day of and light food provided. This event is free and 21+ only.

Join Badger Youth Action every second Wednesday of the month at The Center: 7 Rivers LGBTQ Connection for Blood on the Clocktower , a fast-paced social deduction game where nobody can be trusted! Similar to traditional "Mafia" or "One Night Werewolf."

Never played before? No problem! The game will be explained before we start, and you’ll learn as you play. Come ready to talk, make friends, lie a little, and solve a supernatural murder mystery!

Join us for our 2nd Annual Next Steps Night Out - an evening full of delicious food, great games, and lively entertainment, all in support of peer support services for people in recovery right here in our community. Let loose, bring out your inner child, and embrace the fun-but please note, this is an adults only event. It’s your chance to have fun and make a difference — plus, you could win up to $3,000 in cash prizes! Bring your friends, bring your competitive spirit, and get ready for a night to remember!

This month’s focus: How to best support your LGBTQ+ loved ones during the holidays with extended families.

Trans Forum is a group that welcomes all transgender, transexual, non-binary, genderqueer, gender-bending and gender non-conforming persons ages 18+. Whether you are questioning, just beginning to explore your gender identity, in the midst of transitioning, transitioned or just have lots of questions, you are welcome and vital to the group.

Transgender Day of Remembrance is coming up quickly! Join us on November 20th, from 5pm-6:30pm at Pump House Regional Arts Center (119 King St, La Crosse) for community building, commemorating the lives lost, and more.

Grieving can look different to everyone, which is why we aim to create spaces for different types of grieving. You will find some local, transgender friendly resources in our resource area, have different activities to process grief, and have a space to celebrate trans joy. We will have an open mic, allowing space for attendees to share poems, mourning, happiness, and any emotions you’d like to share with us.

Raising Rainbows in an inclusive playgroup for LGBTQIA+ families.  Join us at The Center for storytime and a craft, then walk with us to Cameron Park for Muscles in Motion and playtime!. All are welcome. Best for Ages 3-7.
