    I’m Angie Neyens, the founder of Handmade Natural Beauty. While my career initially began in advertising and marketing, I always dreamed of being my own boss. Growing up in a family of small business owners, I inherited a deep entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to chart my own path. For years, I worked full-time while building my bath and body business as a home-based hobby, creating products in small batches with a passion for natural, skin-loving ingredients. Then, life threw me a curveball. Restructured out of my corporate job, and as a single mom to an infant, I faced a pivotal choice: start fresh or dive headfirst into entrepreneurship. With determination, I returned to school for another degree and balanced my growing business with freelance graphic design. Those early years were challenging but deeply fulfilling, giving me the flexibility to work on my terms and be present for my son. Eventually, I craved deeper community connections and decided to open a tiny brick-and-mortar shop in downtown La Crosse, WI. It started small, but that initial step gave me the courage to grow Handmade Natural Beauty Boutique into a vibrant downtown destination. Today, our space has expanded to include both a retail storefront and production facility, where every product is crafted with care.

    We are located on the 2nd Street side of Powell Place directly across from the Radisson Hotel.
