I draw from a flexible, integrative toolkit, including, but not limited to, animal-assisted therapy, expressive art, CBT, sand tray, and play therapy to meet clients where they are. This modality-rich practice is deeply informed by my own life. As a devoted pet parent to a Husky, cats, turtles, & fish, I understand the profound healing power of connection and the importance of creating safe environments where everyone feels secure.

Whether working with individuals navigating identity exploration, trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, or life transitions, I prioritize collaboration, empathy, and mutual trust. I am passionate about dismantling barriers to access to mental health care and advocating for inclusive, equitable care. My practice reflects a commitment to ongoing learning, self-reflection, and cultural humility, ensuring that therapy remains a space where clients feel truly safe, seen, heard, and valued.

Outside the office, I recharge by spending time with family, gardening, piecing together the occasional puzzle, exploring the natural landscapes of the Driftless Area, the HoH forest, and the Pacific Northwest coastal regions, and finding inspiration in nature's resilience, which I strive to bring into my therapeutic work.
