Free yoga is available at The Center! This 3-session class will go over breathing exercises, yoga flows and encourage open discussion. These classes will be beginner friendly, and all bodies are welcome. Classes will be led by yoga teachers-in-training: Kevin, Kristal and Macie. Bring an open mind and an open heart. This class is free and open to all.

March 27th: Breath & Movement with Kevin
April 17th: Empowerment & Resilience with Macie
April 24th: Integration & Self Compassion with Kristal
Bringing water is encouraged, limited mats will be available so please bring your own if able and wear comfy clothes! Bring a friend or make a friend! Once the session begins, the door will be locked to avoid interruptions. 16+ please.
