To promote affordable access to the outdoors, Apex Adventure Alliance hosts ‘Open Climbs’ throughout the summer where anyone can sign up for a day of guiding for only $25. It gives people a chance to meet others from the community they might not have otherwise met, and gives people who may not be able to afford a day of private guiding an opportunity to get outside!

In addition to these open climbs, Apex hosts Queer Open Climbs (QOC). We have met so many awesome people from our amazing community of queer climbers, and it’s amazing to see loyal regulars return season after season.
